Sooo…who is Louise ?
Both IN and OUT of the workplace - ‘cause we bring our whole selves to everything we do!
Where it all began…
Reflecting back on my earliest days at school - one thing became crystal clear — I thrived in the presence of others, delighted in understanding them, and found immense fulfilment in positively impacting their lives.
Throughout my evolving career, many things have changed, but this fundamental love for bettering people has remained steadfast. It’s my unwavering passion that has guided me through the years, propelling me to confront a multitude of misconceptions held by employees and yikes even, to my surprise many senior leaders!
It wasn’t all smooth sailing and an upwards linear journey of success through kindness, respect and integrity though. Nope; working in and calling out a toxic HR role - whistleblowing, led to me being ‘let go of’ - many years back!
So when I say I get it. Trust me - I get it! I’m living proof that there IS another way - bbuuuuuuttt far beyond a sample size of one! … I was inspired to dig deeper, research further, interview more emerging and existent leaders and with years of experience and a couple of c-Suite roles to boot! I’ve crafted a game-changing framework based on real-world research and leadership insights. I take pride and solace in the knowledge that my approach works for those who are willing to put in the work!
I've encountered a wide range of beliefs, from the notion that workplace conflicts are personal failures to the misguided idea that success is solely reserved for those who work tirelessly and people-please their way to the top. And let's not forget the misconception (of which I admittedly held early on in my career!) that the most skilled and experienced colleagues always landed the best jobs with pay to match!
It's time to step out of these narratives. If you’re here on this page - chances are you know exactly what I’m talking about.
Suppressing emotions, ruminating at night and diluting your own unique quirkiness in the pursuit of being seen as driven, strong and resilient is not the path to earning trust, a wicked pay rise and embodying true leadership.
Over my extensive experience in designing People Strategies, conducting Leadership programs, providing Career and Executive Coaching, and facilitating team offsites, I have witnessed the persistence of these misconceptions, stemming from a lack of know-how and fear, ultimately hindering individuals from rising in their careers and life.
I’ve seen first hand what works and what doesn’t.
I believe there’s no fixed limitations on what you can create (and how you go about it), but here’s where I veer off from the typical high performance coaching mentality - I DO NOT BELIEVE in getting those results if they don’t feel damn good while you’re obtaining them! So if you’re committed to creating a job and career of your dreams, then I’m confident I can help.
I’ve had the privilege of overseeing high performing HR teams in some of the largest multinationals, across 4 continents, established my own teams and navigated through my own bucket load of crappola, as an employee. These experiences have provided me with valuable insights and a deep understanding of the do’s and don’ts for achieving fulfilment through career success. Clients have come to call this my “superpower” and I draw upon this knowledge to passionately empower individuals just like you!
I’m so glad you’re here. Welcome. xo

PROFESSIONAL STUFF
I have formal qualifications from the top universities in:
Law and Behavioural Science., I added an MBA to that a decade later.
I’m constantly looking into and then putting off work on my PhD thesis.
I’m a qualified coach with over 20 years experience in the areas of:
HR, Organisational Psychology, High Performance Coaching, Diversity and Inclusion - Neurodivergence, Change Management; and Human Centred Design.
I’m currently extending on my studies into Neuroscience through Harvard and am proud to share that I’ve just finished a course in Narrative Therapy. What can I say - I like to learn!
I have an unhealthy obsession with all things Neuroscience and most importantly like my toilet roll oriented over (don’t even talk to me, if you’re an ‘under’) and hate (like HAAAATTEE) paying for parking - it verges on a full-blown allergy!
PERSONAL STUFF
PERSONAL STUFF
I’ve lived and worked across 4 continents - which on the speaking circuit - is known.
What’s not, is that I’ve travelled to more than 70 countries (and spent a few too many of them visiting their ER departments).
I eat excessive amounts of chocolate (and I mean, excessive!), I’m coeliac, was once fired (hello whistleblowing!), have endometriosis, am a spokesperson for a lil’ not-for-profit called OzHarvest, grow many of my own vegies, have successfully mastered the art and science of growing Lion’s Mane mushrooms at home, 3D print and design jewellery in my spare time, host big board game nights monthly, insist on naming all my plants and have a place that is more rainforest meets bookshelves than anything you might typically find in a house.

If you’ve tried going it alone and haven’t got results or are wanting a wicked set of tools alongwith someone who compassionately can hold space, ‘cause they just get it - then reach out.
I look forward to our future high five-ing moment.
Let’s freaking ‘level that playing field’! xo
